Meet point : Shell Petrol Pump, Taman Melati, Gombak.

SCHEDULE

:: D-1 ::
1800 : Settlement, sign the medical declaration @ the meet point
1930 : reach the Nuang trail, maghrib & isyak prayer (jamak)
2000 : Briefing, warm up and start trekking to the camp site
2300 : arrive @ the base camp, set up campsite, light dinner
2345 : break

:: D-2 ::
0000 : warm up, start hiking to the summit
0600 : reach the summit, subuh prayer, breakfast, photography
0700 : enjoy the sunrise, holistic breathing exercises
0830 : start trekking down to Kem Pacat
1300 : reach the Kem Pacat for water ration reload, zohor & asar prayer (jamak)
1430 : start trekking down to the campsite,
1615 : reach the campsite, rest, enjoy the waterfall, prepare for dinner
1930 : maghrib & isyak prayer (jamak), enjoy the dinner and having fun
2300 : rest

:: D-3 ::
0500 : wake up and get ready for subuh prayer
0600 : subuh prayer and prepare for breakfast
0800 : closing, pack up the gears
0900 : start trekking down to the foothills
1200 : reach the foothills
1230 : going back to LRT Taman Melati - UIA Nilai
1400 : arriving LRT Taman Melati
1330 : arriving UIA Nilai

EQUIPMENTS

Things to bring on your own:

| Compulsory |

- Minimum of 30L bag pack or haversack with rain cover
- Sleeping bag / sweater (due to low temp)
- Mess tin or plate (with spoon & fork)
- Bottles filled with mineral water (at least 2 L)
- Own medication such as paracetamol
- Headlamp (strongly recommended) or LED torch light

| Optional |

- Hammock & fly sheet (strongly recommend)
- Poncho or rain coat
- Parang or survival knife
- Own emergency food like power bar, snack...
- Spare of sandal or Kampong Adidas
- Water proof cover for electronic items or equipments. (for own purposes)
